Meet Coach Van

My name Rob Van Valkenburgh and I am a 10 year veteran of the strength game. Having coached elite athletes in both the private sector and in the Division 1 collegiate setting I believe that strength has to be the foundation of all athletic movement and that athletes of all levels deserve a comprehensive strength program.

I have three goals with any athlete I coach:

1: Train in the most effective way so that strength improvements transfer to the field.

2: Coach the athlete in a manor that fits their personal physical development.

3: Build explosive, physically imposing athletes.

In my professional career I have coached football athletes at the Division 1 level, directed the NFL Combine training for numerous draft picks, and coached countless High School Football players.  I believe in designing training programs that develop on-field speed, power, and explosiveness.  In addition, I take a very progressive approach towards injury prevention, mobility, and joint stability

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and have a degree in Sport and
