The Performance Elite is a football specific training program for high school athletes looking to take their strength, power, and athleticism to the next level.

The 8 week conditioning program is designed for athletes heading into their competitive season and who need to get in the best physical conditioning possible. We provide 3 conditioning days per week that build over the course of the 8 weeks.

13 weeks of collegiate level strength and power training. This is a no nonsense program that will get you to your ultimate goal of being a bigger, stronger and more physically imposing athlete.

Our vertical jump program can be done at home with just bodyweight. This program gives you 3 training days and covers your warm-up, jump training, and jump specific strength training.
